DrogsanMometix AQ 0.05% Nasal Spray contains mometasone furoate, a potent topical corticosteroid that works by reducing inflammation within the nasal passages. It effectively relieves symptoms associated with seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, such as nasal congestion, sneezing, itching, and rhinorrhea. It is also used prophylactically before the pollen season to help prevent seasonal allergy symptoms and is indicated for the treatment of nasal polyps in adults, helping to reduce inflammation and shrink polyps, thereby improving nasal airflow and breathing. When used as prescribed, Mometix AQ provides local anti-inflammatory effects with minimal systemic absorption.

Indications
Dapaveldactin 10 mg is indicated for: Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus as an adjunct to diet and exercise. Reduction of the risk of hospitalization for heart failure in adults with heart failure. Treatment of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) to reduce the progression of kidney disease and cardiovascular complications in eligible patients. Reduction of cardiovascular events in selected high-risk patients with type 2 diabetes.
Precautions
Assess kidney function before starting treatment and monitor periodically. Maintain adequate hydration to reduce the risk of dehydration and low blood pressure. Use cautiously in elderly patients and those taking diuretics. Monitor for urinary tract infections and genital fungal infections. Discontinue temporarily before major surgery or prolonged fasting due to the risk of diabetic ketoacidosis. Not recommended for patients with type 1 diabetes because of an increased risk of diabetic ketoacidosis. Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding only if the potential benefits outweigh the risks and under medical supervision. Seek immediate medical attention if symptoms of diabetic ketoacidosis occur, including nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, rapid breathing, or unusual fatigue.
