BerkoMIKONID Vaginal Ovule is a combination intravaginal formulation that combines the antibacterial activity of metronidazole, the antifungal action of miconazole nitrate, and the local anesthetic effect of lidocaine. It is intended for the management of mixed vaginal infections, including those associated with anaerobic bacteria and Candida species, while simultaneously relieving symptoms such as itching, burning, irritation, and pain. Each ovule is designed for vaginal administration and is supplied in strips, with each package containing 7 vaginal ovules.

Indications
MIKONID Vaginal Ovule is indicated for: Treatment of mixed vaginal infections caused by susceptible anaerobic bacteria and fungi. Treatment of vaginal candidiasis associated with bacterial infection. Relief of vaginal symptoms such as itching, burning, pain, irritation, and discomfort through the local anesthetic action of lidocaine.
Precautions
For vaginal use only. Avoid use in patients with known hypersensitivity to metronidazole, miconazole, lidocaine, or any component of the formulation. Use with caution during pregnancy and breastfeeding and only under medical supervision. Avoid sexual intercourse during treatment if recommended by the healthcare provider. Complete the full course of treatment even if symptoms improve early. If severe irritation, allergic reactions, or worsening symptoms occur, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. Keep out of the reach of children and store according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
