İrdapin 300 mg/5 mg
Nobelİrdapin is a fixed-dose combination medicine used to treat essential hypertension (high blood pressure). It contains two active ingredients that work together to provide more effective blood pressure control: Irbesartan (300 mg): An angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that relaxes blood vessels by blocking the action of angiotensin II. Amlodipine (5 mg): A calcium channel blocker that relaxes and widens blood vessels, allowing blood to flow more easily. By combining these two medications, İrdapin helps lower blood pressure more effectively than either component used alone. Good blood pressure control helps reduce the risk of serious cardiovascular complications such as stroke, heart attack, and kidney damage. It is intended for adults whose blood pressure has not been adequately controlled with irbesartan or amlodipine alone.
