Lorclast®
NobelLorclast® contains Desloratadine, a long-acting, non-sedating selective peripheral H1-antihistamine, and Montelukast Sodium, a leukotriene receptor antagonist. This dual mechanism helps relieve allergic symptoms by blocking histamine receptors and inhibiting leukotriene-mediated inflammation, bronchoconstriction, mucus secretion, and nasal obstruction. Clinical studies have shown that the combination improves daytime and nighttime symptoms, nasal and ocular symptoms, and quality of life in patients with persistent allergic rhinitis, while maintaining a safety profile comparable to placebo.

Indications
Indicated for the treatment and relief of symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis, with or without concomitant asthma, in adults and adolescents aged 15 years and older.
Precautions
• Store below 25°C in the original packaging. • Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to desloratadine, montelukast, or any excipients. • Use during pregnancy only if clearly essential (montelukast); desloratadine should preferably be avoided during pregnancy. • During breastfeeding, use only after considering the benefits to the mother and the potential risks to the infant.
